"Perfect Audit" LLC

The main activity of the Limited Liability Company "Perfect Audit" is the implementation, transformation of audit, consulting, accounting programs and accounting in accordance with IAS and IFRS standards.

The founder and chief specialist of LLC "Perfect Audit" has been providing audit, accounting and tax services to organizations in various sectors of the republic for 27 years. Being one of the first 9 auditors who began the process of reforming the accounting system adopted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in 1998 jointly with the American organization "Sibley International". Since 1998, he has implemented the accounting reforms started in the Republic of Armenia, starting with transformations in organizations in various regions and sectors of the Republic of Armenia: industry, transport, agriculture, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, organizations subordinate to the mayor's office (in 200 companies) and the introduction of new international accounting standards.

CJSC Armenian Nuclear Power Plant conducted consultations on taxes and accounting, as well as training courses on the RA accounting standards.
Lectures on standards, tax legislation, economic law, civil law code, Labor Code were conducted for 54 water user companies, as well as lectures within the framework of the accountants' qualification program, as a result of which the chief accountants of 15 water user companies successfully passed the exam at the Ministry of Finance and received a qualified accountant certificate. In 2016, about 200 specialists from municipalities and municipalities of the RA were trained on the "public sector accounting standard" approved by the RA Government Resolution 725-N dated October 24, 2014. In 2019, we helped accountants from all large and enlarged public sector communities implement a new system in accordance with the public sector accounting standard. A number of trainings were also conducted related to reforms in the public sector, in Vanadzor, Goris and Armavir for more than 100 accountants. In 2022, within the framework of the Council of Europe program "Public Sector Accounting Reform" with the support of Strasbourg, trainings on the international public sector accounting standard IFRS were held in the conference hall of the Rossiya Hotel in Tsaghkadzor for accountants from all 54 enlarged communities.
